1. Attendance
   1. Administrator - Ranel Cox  , Chair - Heidi Preston, Vice Chair - Kellie Johnson, Faculty Member - Sharon Brown, Faculty Member - Linda Williams, Matt Deamer, Lacee Embleton, Olivia Lott, Mallary Winn
2. Watched and discussed the School Community Councils Roles and Responsibilities Video
3. Mrs. Cox  went over the current spending budget = $79,650.07
   1. The Money has been allocated for, aide salaries (57,661.07), Chromebooks (15,000.00), IXL Math Program for K - 6th grade ($6989.00)
4. 2023 - 2024 School-wide reading goal discussed
   1. 80% of students in Kindergarten to 3rd grade will show typical to well above typical growth according to the pathways of progress on the end of year Acadience assessment by may 2024.
