Community Council Minutes

Welcome: Shirley Passey opened the meeting at 3:30 pm
Attendance: Shirley Passey, Heidi Preston, Debbie Butte, Kristina Singley, Crystal Deamer, Jill Ramage, Matt Deamer, and Sharon Brown.
General Reporting: As of today the school will be fully opened to parent volunteers and extra curricular activities that families can participate in.
Budget: Shirley went over the Trustlands budget for next year that will be submitted for acceptance to the District.
Goals: Goals for next year should stay about the same as this year’s; one goal for math and one goal for ELA.
We discussed that on the budget for next year we will be paying for the IXL renewal as teachers and families use the program successfully.
Motion to approve the Trustland budget for 22-23

Sharon motioned to approve, Matt seconded

Unanimous as all 7 people in attendance approved and passed the budget
There was time opened for questions. Also, Shilrey would like to know who can serve on the Board next year and if anyone else wants to join.
Next meeting: will be scheduled in July for next school year
The meeting adjourned at 4:00 pm
