October 14, 2020 – Virtual Community Council

Attendance:

Shirley Passey

Mike Hipwell

Kellie Johnson

Meeting started at 3:30 p.m.

Points of Discussion:

  • We will meet less this year than in past years
  • Dates of upcoming meetings – Dec 16, Jan 6, Feb 10, and March 10
  • Report needs to be ready to turn in on Jan 15.
  • So far money has been spent for school supplies for students ($3500.00) and on safety for masks and shields ($1000.00)
  • We want to buy playground equipment
  • We would like to meet in person next time. That will happen in the library.
  • It was brought up to aske teachers – What kinds of field trips would the teachers like to have come to the school.
  • New members of the council were given links to learn more about trust land funds.

Meeting was adjourned at 3:56 p.m.
